Merry Christmas everyone! Firstly, thank you to all our customers & suppliers, We truly appreciate all the support! 2022 has not been without challenges but also significant achievements.
We announced our acquisition of Power Heating Plants in July. This allowed us to expand our range including products from Ecoflam/Elco, Siemens, Dungs, Honeywell, Suntec, Danfoss & Dreizler.
This further developed into a distribution agreement with Flamonitec (BST Solutions). Further increasing the technical solutions Duomo can offer to commercial and industrial users. The innovative solutions offered by Flamonitec focus on flame detectors (not flame scanners) and the units are available for UV and IR Flicker type detection.
Flamonitec equipment has the benefit that it can be used with any control box, whether it be Dungs, Honeywell, Satronic, Fireye, etc. This gives the customer greater flexibility and reduces installation and commissioning time.
We were also awarded a prestigious contract to provide CO2 sensors to Glasgow schools. We received an order from Glasgow City Council to supply 5,000 Aranet4 Home units, to replace some of the unreliable USB monitors that were previously used by the Council. The process for selecting practical product requirements, carried out by Glasgow City Council. This was more balanced and analytical with a high level of support provided by both Duomo and SAF Tehnika.
